When using insurance, patients are responsible for paying their Co-Pay rate ranging from $0 to $50 and can vary depending on insurance providers.

Workman's Comp

Workplace injuries don't only involve slips and falls, but they most commonly due to repetitive movements caused by physical demands at work over an extended period of time. These types of injuries are very common in today's modern-day workforce and can include: neck pain, back pain, shoulder pain, carpal tunnel hand pain, sciatica, and joint pain.

If you have been injured on the job, you will most likely have impairments not only in your job but your daily life. At Haven, we strive to reduce pain as well as improving functionality and performance to get you back on your feet. Most patients report a 40-60% reduction in pain within 6-8 treatments.

Peronal Injury

A car accident can cause many types of injuries. If you were discharged from the hospital without fractures or injuries requiring surgery but still have pain, you may have soft tissue damage. Your muscles and connective tissues get jerked and strained in an accident causing damage and pain that can result immediately or a few days after the accident. 

Soft tissue injuries respond very well to acupuncture and can help accelerate recovery and regain function/comfort after an injury.

If you were involved in a car accident, you may be able to file a Personal Injury Claim. We have expertise in such cases and can help you find an attorney if you do not have one. You and your attorney will need to sign a lien document before the first treatment. This is a courtesy we extend to our patients so they do not have to pay upfront for the treatment received and defer payments to after the case is settled.
